Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning- HVAC

This is a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Certified Program.


Basic principles and practical applications that apply to the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning industry are presented in this program. Students will learn the refrigeration system as well as electricity, electrical schematics, and electronics.  Outcomes include troubleshooting, maintenance, wiring diagrams, ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, and repair of central heating and air-conditioning systems.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES are available in heating and air conditioning installation, refrigeration, service, manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, and building maintenance.
