This is an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Program by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) Recognized Secondary Diesel Program.
The Diesel Power Technology program prepares the student to service and repair a wide variety of diesel powered vehicles and equipment. Coursework provides training in: the inspection, diagnosis, repair and service of diesel engines, brakes, suspensions & steering; electrical/electronic systems; heating, ventilation & air conditioning; preventative maintenance inspection; and hydraulic systems.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES includes position as diesel technicians and specialists, as well as business ownership.
